Carrie A. Seaborne was raised in Louisiana during the 1980s in a family of singers, musicians, artists and storytellers. After graduating in 1996 from Oklahoma’s Bixby High School, where she won several Drama & Speech awards, she studied film and psychology. She spent 30 years in the healing arts of bodywork, metaphysical studies and astrology.

When not writing, Carrie enjoys a good show, listening to music, especially Depeche Mode and Dead Can Dance, painting, connecting with friends, walking in nature and sipping coffee. She can also be found slaying an 80’s rock ballad at karaoke night.

Her lifelong passion for storytelling and the fantasy genre compelled her to write gothic resonant stories of the human struggle between good and evil. She is the mother of 2 daughters. Most of her life has been spent in Tulsa, Oklahoma though she currently lives as a traveler.
